Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using this web site. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, Please do not use this site.
You can place your order via our easy to use online Shopping Cart, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply phone us. We will be happy to take your order over the phone.
We offer secure payments via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) on our website using Shopify Payments. We also offer EFT (please email us for our Bank Account details for this payment option).
All transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Goods in stock will be dispatched upon receipt of order and processing of payment.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. However all orders from outside of Australia are GST free. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion, without prior notification.
Some products may vary slightly to the images shown on our website. This is usually due to certain products being crafted by hand.
ERRORS AND INACCURACIES:
We make every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this web site. The information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update or change information at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price - Cherishables reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly listed products, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cherishables shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK:
All items on this web site are offered for sale in good faith, on the provision they are either in stock or are available to be ordered from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil any order, we will contact you via email. You will then have the option to place the item on back-order, select a different product or receive a full refund including any postage fees you may have paid.
Samples are available on request for most of our products, please enquire.
Cherishables delivers Australia wide and Internationally. We generally dispatch within 48 hours (in stock items only).
DELIVERIES AUSTRALIA WIDE - All orders across Australia are sent via Australia Post or by Courier (Sorry our Courier does not deliver to a PO Box).
Cherishables is currently offering FREE delivery on all orders over $150.00. All packages will be sent by Registered Standard delivery (signature required), unless requested otherwise.
If you need your order sent via Express post please contact us at email@example.com for a quote.
For International deliveries we ship your orders by Registered International or Express International. Please contact us for a quote.
We will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. However, we will not dispatch any order until payment has been finalised. All items in stock can be dispatched quickly. Some products have to be ordered specially for you from our suppliers and will take a little longer. If your order is to be delayed for any reason we will contact you via email. Please note - If you require "URGENT DELIVERY" Please contact us prior to submitting your order so that we can advise you how long it will take for your order to be dispatched. Cherishables is not responsible for any Loss, Damage or Injury arising from the delivery. When receiving your order, please check for damage PRIOR to signing for delivery.
Any cancellation or modification of an order must be made prior to commencement of business on the following day. After this time certain orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellation of any printed or assembled items already in production, may incur a fee in order to cover the cost of time and materials used.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply contact us within 10 days of receipt of the products. Your goods must then be returned to us by registered mail for a prompt exchange or No Fuss Refund. Please do not return any product to Cherishables without contacting us first.
Shipping and processing charges will not normally be refunded. Products being returned to Cherishables must be in their original packaging – unused and undamaged.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on printed stationery, personalised items, confectionery (or on any bombonieres containing confectionery). We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards and there are no returns or exchanges on any items after your event date.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if:
(a) We made an error on your order, or
(b) There is damage to your order.
Apart from returns of damaged products, all products must be returned to Cherishables in original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit.
Please enclose a copy of your receipt.

For all deliveries to destinations outside of Australia: You may be charged import duties by your customs service. Our freight cost does not include any such charges and Cherishables can not be held liable for any fees associated with your shipment. We strongly recommend you research country specific rules and regulations prior to placing an order. All countries have their own specific import regulations and Cherishables will not be held liable for fees/damages associated with non-compliance.
