Orders and Shipping

To place an order

Simply select the items you wish to purchase and enter the quantity required. Now add your selection to the 'cart' and 'Continue shopping' or 'Check Out' if you have completed your order. You can view your shopping cart at any time by selecting the 'cart/basket' in the top right hand corner of the webpage. On this page you can edit the quantity of your selected products, or remove products from your cart if you have changed your mind. When you are happy with your purchase select 'Check Out'.

If you already have an account you can select 'Login' in the top right hand corner of the webpage; or if you wish to register as a returning customer you can select 'Login' and the 'Create account' option. To continue as a guest you can simply complete the contact information for your order and select 'Continue to Shipping'.

Your shipping method will be displayed and you can then select 'Continue to Payment'.

Here you can enter your Credit Card details, update your 'Billing address' if it is different to your shipping address and then select 'Pay Now'. 

Your order will then be processed and you will receive an order confirmation detailing an 'order summary', and all of your 'Customer Information'. 

If you wish to pay via EFT please email your order to admin@cherishables.com.au and we will send you an invoice with our Bank Account Details to finalise your payment. 

Shipping

ORDERS AUSTRALIA WIDE - All orders across Australia are sent via Australia Post or by Courier (Sorry we currently do not deliver to a PO Box).

A $19.95 flat rate delivery charge will be applied to all orders. All packages will be sent by Registered Standard delivery (signature required), unless requested otherwise. 

If you need your order sent via Express post please contact us at admin@cherishables.com.au for a quote.

We generally dispatch within 48 hours.
